The Reinvention Edit: Chicago is a fashion storytelling salon exploring what the clothes of Chicago women reveal about who we've been and who we're becoming. Featuring approximately seven Chicago women across generations, neighborhoods, and professions, each participant shares one meaningful garment from her closet, the piece, the story behind it, and how it shaped her, before unveiling her "Next Chapter Edit," a curated circular-fashion look created with Chicago resale, vintage, and styling partners. Guests experience storytelling installations, a moderated conversation on identity and intentional consumption, and a closing toast honoring reinvention. In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the evening connects to LOVELUVV's mission supporting survivors through themes of agency, confidence, and reclaiming identity — not survivor storytelling, but empowerment. The evening also features a Circular Fashion Partner Showcase spotlighting local consignment, vintage, and resale businesses, plus a silent auction supporting our social-impact partner.
