T-Shirt Upcycling Workshop

At this event, attendees will learn how to upcycle t-shirts and turn them into fun, unique creations that will give them new life and extended wear. Multiple templates of t-shirt designs will be used to guide attendees through the process of upcycling, and they will be given the option to donate their creations to Restore, UChicago’s on-campus thrift store, take their design home, or both! Attendees are encouraged to bring their own shirts, but some will also be provided by Restore. This event will be a fun opportunity to engage in sustainable fashion practices, socialize, and create something unique.
